🌿 Nursery Person / Horticultural Specialist

Do you have a passion for plants and a drive to see them thrive?

We’re looking for a dedicated Nursery Person / Horticultural Specialist to join our busy production nursery and cash & carry. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in every stage of plant care—from arrival and maintenance to display and despatch—ensuring our customers receive healthy, high‑quality plants every time.

What you’ll be doing :

Caring for plant stock : watering, feeding, pruning, and maintaining health and vitality.

Preparing, picking, and packing plants for customer orders with accuracy and pride.

Supporting all areas of nursery production, including setting down arrivals and maintaining displays.

Monitoring crops for pests, diseases, and irrigation needs—acting promptly to keep plants in top condition.

Following OH&S, plant health, and nursery protocols to maintain biosecurity and high standards.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to keep nursery systems efficient, safe, and customer‑focused.

Horticultural knowledge (or a strong enthusiasm to develop it).
