Swanview Plant Farm P/L is seeking a full-time Nursery Person to join our team in High Wycombe, WA 6057. As a Nursery Person, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our horticulture business, contributing to the growth and care of our diverse plant collection.

What you’ll be doing
  • Maintaining the health and appearance of the nursery's plants through watering, fertilising, pruning, and other horticultural practices
  • Assisting with the potting, labelling, and organising of plant stock
  • Ensuring the nursery's facilities and equipment are well‑maintained and in good working order
  • Contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the nursery operation
What we’re looking for
  • Relevant qualifications in horticulture or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Attention to driver detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of plant health and presentation
  • A teamwork‑oriented approach and the ability to work independently when required
  • A genuine passion for horticulture and the outdoors
  • You must be reliable, fit, self motivate and have your own transport
  • 6. Please do not apply if you are a, Qualified Horticulturist or a person with a Agriculture degree as it is not required for the position.
