Nursery Practitioner – Manchester (Flexible Across Sites)

Location: Manchester and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible supply work

Are you passionate about providing high-quality early years education in a nurturing, independent nursery setting?

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team, working across a variety of independent nursery settings in Manchester. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a range of environments and are open to travelling between local nurseries.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for working with babies and young children in independent nurseries (not early years primary classrooms)
  • Flexibility and reliability – ability to travel to different nursery sites within the Manchester area
  • A proactive and nurturing attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence supporting children with a range of learning needs and contributing to a positive, safe learning environment
  • Previous experience working within an independent nursery setting
Desirable (But Not Essential):
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years care
