Overview

Nursery Nurse - Worcestershire

Monarch Education are looking for a number of Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to work full-time in a Worcestershire nursery. This role is to start ASAP and the hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 6pm. There is an option to become a permanent member of staff at this nursery.

You will need to hold a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or Childcare to be considered for this role.

Requirements
  • You must have at least a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Experienced working with young children in an Early Years setting
  • Able to provide personal care and support to children across the nursery
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about child development and creating a positive learning environment
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety standards
Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities to support children's development
  • Provide personal care, including toileting and meal assistance
  • Support children's social, emotional and physical development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Monitor and record children's progress and milestones
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
