Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education

Required Skills

Requirements (Essential Criteria) Non-negotiable: Qualification – Level 3 early years education and childcare qualification or equivalent. Experience – Proven experience in working in an Early Year Setting. Knowledge – Detailed knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and a sound understanding of children's development. Leadership Capability – Ability to lead a team of adults effectively. Safeguarding Compliance – This post requires an Enhanced Criminal Records Check (DBS). All candidates must be prepared to disclose any convictions or orders. We require a minimum of 2 references and right to work in the UK.
