  • Proven record of Management / leadership experience.

Nursery Manager

We are currently working with a great Nursery in Forest Gate, to recruit an experienced manager for a large 100+ place nursery. As well as a very competitive salary, this is a great opportunity to join a Nursery that is one of the leading providers of high-quality, pre-school education.

This is a full time position working all year round and 40 hours a week.

If you have experience of managing a Nursery Setting or working as a deputy manager and looking to step into a manager position, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Nursery Manager Duties :
  • Delivering outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS
  • Guiding team members on effective parent communication and parental partnerships
  • Ensuring all aspects of the nursery operation is compliant with Ofsted and Human Resources
  • Ensuring that each child’s wellbeing is met and that they thrive in a safe environment
  • Safeguarding all children in you care
Nursery Manager requirements :
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A proven record of Management / leadership experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong people skills with the ability to listen, support and guide colleagues
