Job summary

About Our Nursery - Peterborough Deeping St James

Busy Bees Peterborough Deeping St James is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 50 children, located in the heart of Market Deeping. Housed in a charming Grade II cottage, the nursery offers a cosy "home away from home" atmosphere, providing a nurturing environment for your child\'s early years. The nursery features a variety of indoor and outdoor activities to keep children engaged and excited about learning. Conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Peterborough via the A15, the nursery also offers easy access via public transport, with a bus stop only a 3-minute walk away. Required Qualifications

• About you: We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
• You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
• Qualifications and Experience: NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
