Role Overview:

We're looking for a dedicated, inspiring Nursery Manager to lead this beautiful day nursery in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for:

An experienced RoomLeader/Senior seeking a step up

or

A a strong Deputy Manager ready to confidently step into a leadership role

You’ll be supported by an established and caring independent group who value autonomy, high standards and genuine quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day management of the nursery
• Building a warm, safe and inspiring environment for children aged 0-5
• Ensuring high-quality practice and maintaining Ofsted GOOD standards

What We’re Looking For

Level 3 or above in Early Years (Level 4+ desirable)

Experience in a managerial or deputy managerial role within early years
