Little Wonders Day Nursery is currently recruiting for a Level 3 or higher qualified Deputy Manager to join our friendly team at the Penryn Campus. This full‑time, permanent role offers opportunities for further training and career development. The Deputy Manager supports the nursery Manager and may lead in their absence, working within rooms, supporting staff and building relationships with children and parents.
Working to create stimulating learning environments for all ages, producing weekly rotas and registers, supporting staff development, engaging directly with children, adhering to safeguarding policies and ensuring appropriate ratios throughout the nursery.
The environment is fast‑moving, where agility and a positive approach to change and enhancement are central to our progress.
The position is offered on a 37.5 hour a week, full‑time contract (Monday‑Friday) with flexibility for business needs. The closing date for applications is Sunday 11 January 2026.
