A professional childcare organization in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to provide exceptional care and education for children aged 0-5. The role requires leadership experience and a Level 3 qualification in childcare. Responsibilities include leading a team, maintaining compliance, and ensuring high standards of care. We are seeking a dedicated and committed Deputy Manager to join our Nursery team in Brislington. You will be providing exceptional care and early childhood education to all the children in our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children aged 0-5 years old, be used to leading a team of nursery practitioners, room leader, and team leaders to ensuring the safety, development, and well‑being of the children in the nursery is the priority at all times. The role would suit someone who has previously worked as a Room Leader or Third in charge and looking for the next step up or is currently working as a Deputy Manager at a setting. The role will also involve stepping in for the nursery manager in their absence.
YOU MUST HOLD A LEVEL 3 OR ABOVE QUALIFICATION IN CHILDCARE / EARLY YEARS OR EQUIVILANT FOR THIS ROLE.
