A nursery kitchen management company in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic individual for part-time kitchen management. Ideal candidates should have experience in nursery environments and knowledge of food hygiene legislation. Key responsibilities include food planning, preparation, and maintaining cleanliness. A flexible schedule and catering experience are necessary for this role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills and a genuine passion for food. Ideally the candidate will have experience in working within a nursery environment and will have knowledge of all current legislation regarding health and hygiene when working with food and the paper work requirements attached to commercial kitchen work including the booklet 'Safer food better business'. A good knowledge of food allergies and intolerance is essential.
