A nationwide healthcare service provider is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their innovative Home Hospital service. The role requires expertise in respiratory and cardiac care, with responsibilities including patient assessment and remote monitoring. The position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care. Ideal candidates will have experience in acute community care and a strong clinical background.
Permanent | 16-30 hours per week
Service Opening Hours:
Monday-Sunday: 08.00-20.00
Fridays: 08:00 – 20:00
Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00
Location: Remote (UK only)
Salary: £58,000 per annum (pro rata, based on 40 hours per week)
Reporting to: Service Delivery Team
Start date: ASAP
Holiday allowance: 25 days + bank holidays

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in respiratory, cardiology, or virtual ward services to join our innovative Home Hospital service. This service delivers coordinated healthcare to patients in the comfort of their homes, replicating the monitoring and support traditionally provided in hospital wards.
Working remotely, you will assess and support patients with complex conditions — particularly respiratory and cardiac — ensuring safe and effective care.
