The Role

As a Clinical Research Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high‑quality care to participants aged 12+. You’ll be based across Bristol and may support multiple locations depending on availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to study participants aged 12+
• Perform venepuncture, LPA procedures, and infusion administration with confidence
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and safeguarding standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively with clinicians and research teams to deliver a seamless patient experience

Skills & Experience

• NMC Registered Nurse (Paediatric PIN preferred; RGNs considered with paediatric experience)
• Competency in venepuncture, LPA, and infusion administration (including port access)
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service strongly preferred (or certificate issued within 12 months)
• Up‑to‑date IV passport, paediatric BLS (in‑person preferred), and safeguarding training
• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple site visits and patient schedules
