Overview

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN or RNLD Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital based in Hassocks, West Sussex. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. This hospital offers high quality care to patients across a range of service lines including low secure, PICU, locked rehabilitation (Personality Disorder) and acute.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
  • Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
  • Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
  • Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
Experience and qualifications (preferred)
  • Good understanding of the Mental Health Act
  • Experience within a secure setting desirable
  • Proven assessment and care planning experience
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across the services within our site
Salary and benefits

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of GBP 36,176 to GBP 38,596 per annum DOE. Permanent vacancies are available for both day and night shifts. Benefits include:
