Client

An expanding Real Estate team within a forward-thinking, full service, leading UK law firm with excellent career prospects

Role

  • Working with and supporting senior fee earners in the ream on a wide variety of residential development and strategic land acquisitions and disposals
  • Working on affordable housing transactions for both Registered Providers and private developers
  • Carrying out title due diligence and reporting
  • Dealing with development funding lender requirements
  • Actively participating in business development

You

  • 3-5 years PQE
  • Experience in residential development and a desire to further specialise within this area
  • Ambitious, driven and with strong attention to detail
