Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, tooling, moulding, or forming).
• Experience managing tooling or process development projects.
• Eager to learn and develop in the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Review CAD data and technical drawings.
• Liaise with toolmakers and suppliers.
• Develop and fine-tune manufacturing processes.
• Create clear process documentation.
• Support production teams with technical input.
• Work closely with customers on product specifications.

Skills

Understanding of manufacturing processes

Ability to read engineering drawings

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Self-motivated

Knowledge of SolidWorks

Education

HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
