Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in NPI, manufacturing quality, or process engineering within related environments.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from pilot to production.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and global suppliers.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies including PFMEA and CAPA.
• Experience operating within an ISO 9001 quality management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transition of new products from development into production.
• Lead New Product Introduction activities including production trials and process validation.
• Collaborate with R&D for Design for Manufacturability and serviceability.
• Establish manufacturing quality documentation.
• Resolve quality issues with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Monitor yield, scrap, and improvements for reliability.
