Key Responsibilities

• Develop new bakery products from concept through to launch
• Support customer presentations, product trials and factory scale-ups
• Work collaboratively with Technical, Operations, and Commercial teams
• Manage project timelines and ensure accurate documentation and specifications
• Conduct benchmarking, ingredient sourcing, product testing and shelf-life evaluations
• Contribute ideas, insights and innovation to help drive category-leading products

About You

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment — bakery experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of ingredients, processes, and product development lifecycle
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for flavour and quality
• Confident communicator able to present ideas internally and to customers
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to develop within a growing team
