A leading company in hair and beauty is seeking an NPD Manager to shape and enhance their product portfolio. The role involves owning product development from concept to launch in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Location: Hybrid - ideally based within reach of the North East (Stockton-on-Tees HQ), though we will consider candidates further afield with regular travel to site
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 doe
IMPACT EVOLVE are supporting Additional Lengths, a UK leader in premium hair extensions and professional haircare, on the appointment of an NPD Manager. With significant recent growth, a passionate founder and an exciting roadmap ahead, this is a brand entering its next phase of scale - and looking for someone who can help shape the future of its product portfolio.
This isn't stepping into a neat, established NPD function, this is about building, structuring and elevating how products are developed in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment. You'll own the full journey from concept to launch: formulation, packaging, compliance, supplier management, timelines and performance analysis. Alongside core hair extension and aftercare innovation, you'll also help shape complementary product ranges including tools, accessories, wet products and new category opportunities.
You’ll be the person who brings clarity and organisation across multiple teams operations, marketing, commercial and suppliers, even when plans shift or curveballs land. It needs someone who can hold a plan but flex with confidence; someone calm, structured and credible who can influence in the right way.
