Soho Housing is looking for a NED (Governance) to join their board. This is an exciting opportunity for a Governance professional to join Soho.

Job Description

  • Support the Chair and fellow Board members in upholding high standards of governance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and sector best practice
  • Help shape Board culture, effectiveness, and decision-making processes
  • Champion transparency, accountability, and values-led purposeful leadership
  • Contribute to succession planning and Board development
  • Bring constructive challenge and independent oversight to strategic discussions
