Overview

The Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving team performance? We are looking for a proactive and organised Workshop Supervisor to lead our nightshift operation at our Birmingham depot.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and optimise individual technician performance, providing guidance and support to achieve operational targets.
  • Oversee the workflow of the workshop, ensuring jobs are progressed efficiently with a focus on achieving a first-time fix every time.
  • Maintain high standards of service documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Ensure full compliance with company procedures, and health & safety regulations at all times.
Shift Pattern

Tuesday to Friday: 20:00 – 06:30

Requirements
  • Qualifications required: City & Guilds part 1 & 2 / BTEC / IMI (or equivalent) in motor vehicle management or equivalent practical experience in the commercial vehicle industry (or similar environment).
  • HGV Licence advantageous but not essential.
