• Significant experience in transport within FMCG.
• Proven experience of building a team.
• Able to work within an evolving organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage transport shift, ensuring health, safety, and compliance.
• Provide leadership within the transport team.
• Manage day-to-day performance of KPI’s, drivers, and staff.

Skills

Transport experience in FMCG environment

Knowledge of tachograph/driving rules

Planning and organising skills

Good IT skills

Leadership and motivational qualities

Effective communication skills

Problem solving in a pressurised environment

Education

National and International CPC qualification

Previous supervisory experience
