A leading youth homelessness charity in Bournemouth is looking for a Night Supported Housing Assistant. The role entails supporting young people in achieving independence, managing a caseload, and providing night cover. The ideal candidate should have experience in supported housing, strong communication skills, and be passionate about working with youth. Salary: £27,817.21

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Night Supported Housing Assistant to join our Bournemouth team based across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
Bournemouth Housing First covers the BCP area and is currently 19 independent accommodations for 19 young people. The Centrepoint team provide support of all types to the young people with an end vision of the young person having the skills and confidence to move forward in life.
We are currently a team of 6 and we are all passionate about helping our young people develop the skills and abilities that life requires, whilst at the same time making their journey as enjoyable and active as possible.
