A care assistance agency seeks Care Assistants for immediate night shift roles in North East England. Total Assist are looking for care assistants for an immediate start in the Durham area. This is a night shift role, based on a one to one support work at a client's home. 8pm-8am, 3x a week.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the client with support during the night if needed and promoting their independence.
• Supporting therapeutic interventions as guided by clinical staff.
• Monitoring and documenting patients progress and well-being.
• Building trusting relationships to foster a safe and supportive environment.
• Collaborating with nurses, psychologists, and other professionals to deliver tailored care plans.
