Night Support Worker - Children's Residential Care

Location: Meldreth, near Royston (Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border)

Salary: £12.37-£13.49 per hour + £25 night shift supplement + £1500 welcome bonus

Hours: Average 40 hours/week on a 4-week rota (8:45pm-8:15am)

Full-time and part-time contracts available

Are you an experienced care professional looking for a rewarding night role? We're seeking dedicated Night Support Workers to join a specialist children's residential setting supporting young people with complex learning needs.

As a Night Support Worker, you'll help children and young adults settle for the night, assist with personal care routines, monitor wellbeing throughout the night, and respond to any incidents. You'll also carry out light housekeeping tasks during quieter periods.
