A leading care organization in Lydstep is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to provide exceptional care to adults with complex needs. The role involves meeting physical and emotional needs, supporting recreational activities, and maintaining accurate records. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, resilience, and flexibility to work shifts. Competitive pay rate and benefits available.
Night Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep - £12.60 to £12.80 per hour, 35 hours a week. Shift time 22:00pm - 08:00am. Plus an annual location allowance of £1500.
We’re a leading organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.
Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendale offers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adults from the age of 18. In the main house are four en‑suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen/dining area. In addition, there is a 2‑bed self‑contained flat. At Rosendale, fun knows no bounds – beach days are a favourite, along with cinema trips & swimming adventures. We are always on the go – the adventure never ends!
