A charity and SEN College in Tandridge is seeking a Night Support Lead/Team Leader to manage night support staff and ensure smooth operations overnight. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young disabled adults, excellent communication and people skills, and a caring attitude. A salary of £28,700.48 pro rata is offered alongside excellent benefits including pension contributions and training opportunities.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated, skilled and experienced Night Support Lead/Team Leader to line manage night support staff and oversee the smooth running of the team during the night. 35 hours a week / 44 weeks per year, following a two-week rota pattern. A typical work pattern could look as follows, but will be discussed in more depth at interview. Monday (Night) - 21:00 - 06:00 Tuesday - OFF Wednesday (Night) 21:00 - 06:00 Thursday Off Friday (Late) 18:00 - Midnight Saturday (Late) 18:00 - Midnight Sunday (Late) 21:00 - 06:00

The Orpheus Centre is a charity and SEN College which supports young disabled adults aged 18-25 to learn essential life skills, gain formal qualifications and prepare for future employment.
