Job summary

A reputable dealership in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Night Shift Vehicle Technician to join their workshop. This role offers strong earning potential and stability while allowing you to work in a quieter, more focused environment. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicles, while ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards. A Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance is required, along with proven experience and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or reputable garage.
  • MOT licence is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
  • Conduct diagnostic checks and fault-finding using the latest equipment.
  • Complete all work to manufacturer standards.
  • Perform safety inspections and report any issues or recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, job cards, and service records.
  • Ensure the workshop is kept clean, safe, and compliant with regulations.
  • Support smooth handover with the day shift team.
