Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Care Assistant in a residential/nursing home setting.
• Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning.
• Knowledge of abuse prevention and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest levels of care for residents.
• Promote residents' independence and wellbeing.
• Lead shifts and support team members.
• Document medication rounds accurately.
• Challenge poor practices and investigate complaints.
