Qualifications

• Knowledge of customs brokerage process.
• Understanding of ocean, transcon, and air documentation processes.
• Knowledge of air, road, and ocean transport.
• Familiar with incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely arrival for work.
• Assist with verification of customs declaration information.
• Interact with customs authorities to address issues/questions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Meet KPI standards as per the company’s procedures.
