Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to provide outstanding service at our venues in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on customer experience with additional supervisory duties when required, enabling an enhanced rate during supervisory shifts and night-time hours.

Shifts are 3 x 10 hours from 21:30 to 08:00 with an enhanced rate of £13.25 per hour for supervisory duties and an extra £1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00.

• Promoting offers, events, and new games
• Handling cash and providing change accurately
• Serving refreshments and keeping the venue clean and welcoming
• Supporting with opening/closing procedures and supervising the team when needed
• Upholding our Challenge 25 policy and ensuring compliance with gambling legislation

Job description

Shift pattern: 3 x 10 hour night shifts, 21:30 - 0800, fully flexible

Enhanced Rate: £13.25 per hour (when carrying out Supervisory duties)
Additional: £1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 11pm and 6am

As a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our venues run smoothly. While your main focus will be assisting customers, you’ll also step up to carry out supervisory duties when required, earning the enhanced hourly rate.
