Job summary

Luxury Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding service across our venues. The role covers welcoming customers, promoting offers, and providing a smooth venue experience, with supervisory duties when required.

Shift pattern is 22:00–08:30, Monday to Sunday, with 3 nights per week. Enhanced rate of £13.25 per hour for supervisory duties, plus an extra £1.50 per hour for hours between 23:00 and 06:00.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to supervise a team when required.
• Experience handling cash and giving accurate change.
• Knowledge of gambling legislation and age-restriction policies.

Enhanced Rate: £13.25 per hour (when carrying out Supervisory duties)
Additional: £1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 11pm and 6am

As a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our venues run smoothly. While your main focus will be assisting customers, you’ll also step up to carry out supervisory duties when required, earning the enhanced hourly rate.
