Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Keighley, UK seeks a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor for night relief duties across venues. You will welcome guests, promote offers, handle cash, serve refreshments and help with opening/closing while stepping up to supervise when required.

You will earn an enhanced rate of £13.25 per hour when performing supervisory duties, plus £1.50 per hour for hours between 11pm and 6am, on a full-time night schedule.

Night Relief Supervisor Luxury Leisure Keighley, UK

Shift pattern: 3 x 10 hour night shifts per week. Flexibility required Mondays-Sundays.

Enhanced Rate: £13.25 per hour (when carrying out Supervisory duties)
Additional: £1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 11pm and 6am

As a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our venues run smoothly. While your main focus will be assisting customers, you’ll also step up to carry out supervisory duties when required, earning the enhanced hourly rate.
