Job summary

Luxury Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding service across our venues. The role focuses on assisting customers and stepping up to supervisory duties when required, earning the enhanced hourly rate.

Shift pattern is night hours 22:00-08:30 with 3 nights out of 7; enhanced rate £13.25/hour for supervisory duties, plus £1.50/hour extra for hours between 11pm and 6am; responsibilities include welcoming customers, promoting offers,

• Welcoming and engaging customers, ensuring a great experience every visit
• Promoting offers, events, and new games
• Handling cash and providing change accurately
• Serving refreshments and keeping the venue clean and welcoming
• Supporting with opening/closing procedures and supervising the team when needed
• Upholding our Challenge 25 policy and ensuring compliance with gambling legislation

Job description

Shift pattern: Night Shift 22:00-08:30. Full flexibility across the week required, working 3 out of 7 nights per week.

Enhanced Rate: £13.25 per hour (when carrying out Supervisory duties)
Additional: £1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 11pm and 6am

As a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our venues run smoothly. While your main focus will be assisting customers, you’ll also step up to carry out supervisory duties when required, earning the enhanced hourly rate.
