About The Role

We are looking for Night Practitioners to join our team at Acacia Hall in Friesthorpe (near Market Rasen), Lincoln.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Night Practitioner to join our team. As a Night Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them during the night.

Starting rates for those without experience are £12.56 and for those with experience it’s £12.85

New Entry - £12.56, Level 1 - £12.85, Level 2 - £13.35, Level 3 £13.85

About You

What will you be doing:

  • Working with the staff team across all levels to safeguard our young people at all times.
  • Participating in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events held within the home and wider community.
  • Assisting with practical tasks relating to care. For example, cooking and cleaning.
  • Creating positive relationships with the young people, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
  • Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young people.
  • Continually maintaining accurate and clear record keeping.
  • Ensuring that the needs of the young people are being met and regularly reviewing and recording any changes to their needs.
  • Actively contributing to the development of the team
