Responsibilities

• Check in late arrivals and check out early departures in line with company procedures.
• Ensure thorough communication with all departments.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on each shift and complete handover at the end of the shift.
• Ensure wake up calls are made promptly and book taxis for guests.
• Take room service orders and deliver to guests.
• Prepare and serve drinks at the residents’ bar, including cleaning duties.
• Have thorough knowledge of the fire evacuation procedure and computer systems.
• Ensure site security and complete regular walk arounds.
• Set up rooms for meetings and private dining.
• Provide excellent guest service through personal attention and teamwork.

Night Porter Role and Responsibilities
