Overview

The Night Porter is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands on role managing guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained. As guests sleep, the Nights team keep operations running smoothly. The Night Porter will take responsibility for the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcome guests in a friendly and helpful manner, and ensure that public areas are kept immaculate. The role includes cleaning public areas and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food & Beverage Department during the night shift.

Working Hours and Opportunities

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. We can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.

Training and Career Progression
