As a Night Manager at Cairn Group youll be the overnight leader responsible for maintaining a smooth secure and welcoming experience for our guests.
Youll oversee front-of-house operations during the night shift checking in guests handling reservation changes and ensuring all guest queries are resolved with professionalism and care.
Youll also carry out regular security checks manage basic cleaning and laundry duties and oversee the setup of meeting and event spaces to the required standard.
This hands‑on role includes cash handling card transactions reconciliation and preparing for the day ahead ensuring a full and accurate handover to the morning team.
