Overview

Night House Leader hours will be 24 hours per week on a 3-week rolling rota, working 2 nights per week.

As Night House Leader, you will be expected to manage residents' medication and take responsibility of the running of the household, as well as demonstrating and promoting attitudes and beliefs consistent with being person centered. You will lead the staff team to use their mix of skills to enhance the wellbeing of the people living at the home.
