Qualifications

At ibis Manchester Salford Quays were more than just a hotel. Were a vibrant welcoming space where personality and professionalism go hand in hand. Were currently looking for a Night Team Member to join our Front Office team and deliver exceptional service to guests around the clock.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering a warm and efficient welcome to late arrivals and handling night check-ins and check-outs

Managing night audit procedures and end-of-day reporting

Responding to guest requests with a positive can‑do attitude

Ensuring guest safety and security including regular floor walks and handling any incidents

Supporting with light cleaning breakfast prep or bar service if needed

Preparing the hotel for the morning handover with a clear and organised approach

Qualifications

Previous hotel or front office experience is great but we’ll provide full training

Someone who is calm under pressure, organised and happy to work independently

A natural communicator with great attention to detail

Comfortable with technology and confident using systems (training provided on Opera Cloud)

Flexible and reliable with availability for night shifts weekends and holidays. Approx hours 24 per week.
