• 5+ years of experience in purchasing including team management.
• Expert knowledge of procurement strategy.
• Experience in managing third-party organisations.

• Manage Procurement Managers and Senior Buyers.
• Support and deliver annual workplan that achieves targets.
• Lead on high value, complex procurement projects.

Skills

Expert knowledge of EU Procurement Law

Education

Professional procurement qualification (MCIPS) or NVQ level 4 plus MBA
