What we need: A driven clinical leader who is passionate about delivering excellence in cancer care, thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, and brings skill, compassion and innovation to every patient interaction.

The role also includes participation in the 1:5 OMFS consultant on‑call rota for emergency cover and active engagement in departmental leadership, service development and education.

Your week will include a balance of theatre sessions, outpatient clinics, MDT participation and supporting professional activities such as research, audit and teaching. You will:

  • Deliver safe, high‑quality care to patients referred under 2WW and oncology pathways
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary Head & Neck, Skin and Deformity MDTs
  • Participate in general OMFS emergency on‑call cover (1:5)
  • Take part in departmental meetings and support service improvement and governance
  • Teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate trainees, fostering clinical excellence
