We’re looking for a Newsletter Strategy & Growth Manager to ensure our newsletters are can’t-miss destinations in the inbox.
You’ll be a central consultant for Condé Nast’s editorial teams, guiding strategies to create must-read newsletters and grow high-quality subscriber lists.
The primary goals for this role are to increase loyalty, engagement, subscriptions and affiliate commerce revenue, while continuing to grow high-quality newsletter lists.
The ideal candidate will blend strong editorial judgement with data-driven insights to grow the newsletter channel across both KPIs and editorial excellence.
This role will report into the Director, Newsletter and Email Strategy, and will be responsible for global email acquisition and guiding editorial newsletter strategy for several brands within the Condé Nast portfolio. It is a highly cross‑functional role, working closely with Editorial, Audience Development, Subscriptions & Memberships, Commerce and Product teams.
This role sits within Condé Nast’s centralised Newsletter Strategy and Email Operations team, a dynamic, global centre of excellence overseeing newsletter strategy, operations and growth across the network. The team keeps pace with industry best practice, tests and experiments across brands, and remains nimble around format and innovation.
