Newly Qualified Solicitor

Join one of the North West’s fastest-growing Real Estate teams, working with top-tier partners and high-profile clients on impactful regional and national projects.

The role:

You will be based in Manchester as part of a thriving real estate practice that is continuing to move up the rankings in the legal directories. The team has built an enviable reputation in the market, with a strong client base across the private and public sectors, including developers, investors, corporate occupiers and institutions.

The work is varied and high quality, spanning both regional and national mandates. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop under experienced partners, gaining exposure to a range of clients and projects. From the outset, you will take on responsibility for your own matters with the right support, while also working collaboratively on larger, complex transactions.

About You:

You will be newly qualified up to 2 years’ PQE (or with equivalent experience) in real estate work, gained at a recognised regional or City firm.

You should bring:

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent technical and organisational skills
• The ability to build strong client relationships and work well within a team
• Confidence in managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• A willingness to get involved in business development and networking, with support provided to help you grow your profile
