• Must be a registered or newly qualified RN with NMC registration.
• Willingness to undertake a 12-month preceptorship programme.
• Excellent communication and team skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of patient care.
• Support Charge Nurse/Senior Sister to monitor patient safety.
• Liaise with a multi-disciplinary team and service users.
• Undertake unsupervised assessment of patient care needs.
• Ensure adherence to Trust policies in nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient care records.
