Permanent, Full-Time Thursday - Monday

Salary:

£26,000 - £30,000 Per annum + generous commission scheme and Quartly bonus scheme

OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 in first year

Company Branding:

A National and Customer focused Housing Developer are looking for a sales advisor for a traditional new build site in Coventry.

Job Duties:

• Manage the sales office and process for all customers for the development
• Offer progression opportunities within the business

Required Qualifications:

• Driving Licence
• New build homes sales experience
• Sales Negotiation skills

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in new build housing sales

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills
• Sales negotiation
• Knowledge of new homes

Working Conditions:

Site office based
