NEPT Care Assistant - Thorn Turn Depot

Location: Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire

Base Location: Thorn Turn, Grendall Lane, Houghton Regis, LU5 6GJ

Contract Type: Fixed - Permanent | Hours: 37 hours per week | Salary: £24,796 - £25,185 per annum | Status: Permanent, Full-time

Closing Date: 28th September 2025 | Interview Date: TBC

Responsibilities
  • Support SEND non-emergency patients by providing first class, safe care during transportation between their home and destination, primarily to School/College or Care Centre; also provides transport to hospitals and clinic appointments.
  • Remain calm under pressure and be willing to undertake training to broaden knowledge of medical and mental health conditions.
  • Follow policies and procedures; read, write and speak English fluently.
