Qualifications
  • NMC Registration (Adult or Children’s Nurse)
  • Experience in neonatal care (further training will be provided)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Competent in giving IV medications
  • Competent, or willing to gain competence, to take peripheral blood samples
  • Experience of supervising non-registered staff
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centred care
  • Excel in prioritising and delegating workload
  • Able to manage a caseload of patients
