A social housing provider in Manchester is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer for a permanent role. Responsibilities include delivering a quality housing service to tenants, managing property re-lettings, carrying out inspections, and handling tenancy issues.   • Working alongside safer neighbourhood teams regarding issues of ASB.
  • Completing targeted tenancy visits.
  • Taking legal action when required surrounding abandonment and subletting.
  • Attending evictions.
  • Reporting issues with damp, mould and condensation.
  • Conducting viewings and sign-ups.
