• Working alongside safer neighbourhood teams regarding issues of ASB.
• Completing targeted tenancy visits.
• Taking legal action when required surrounding abandonment and subletting.
• Attending evictions.
• Reporting issues with damp, mould and condensation.
• Conducting viewings and sign-ups.
