• Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Commercial Manager, or Quantity Surveyor in an industrial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract frameworks.
• Experience in the nuclear, power generation, or engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer complex NEC contracts throughout all project phases.
• Review tender and project documentation for risks.
• Lead negotiations on change orders, variations, and claims.
